And it is possible to use some of our products and services without directly providing us with any personal information at all. For example, we may share information from other parts of our business, specifically, Quality One to Multiple Master Channel. If a TCC Wireless customer is also a PCC Wireless subscriber, we may combine information for the purpose of providing services.
Customer relationships between the PCC Wireless family of companies may be developed, maintained, or extended by sharing information that is not externally or internally identifiable for marketing and customer retention purposes and services management. Products listed in PCC Wireless' product page may vary according to CPNI. Certain information is also available at certain PCC Wireless outlets. Information shared is not collected or externally shared with any party.
Except as described in this Privacy Policy or as otherwise authorized by law, PCC Wireless will not sell your information without your express consent to T-Mobile USA, Inc. PCC Wireless does not sell or share information that is directly associated with the individual consumers, such as first and last name(s), mailing address and/or email address (explicitly including family member and shared on to T-Warranty and/or), or shared with third parties without the consent of the subscriber or Account Holder unless it is required.
PCC Wireless uses vendors and partners for a variety of business purposes such as offering or provisioning products and services, as well as helping manage and optimize our network and business operations. As part of our business relationships, we share information with these parties when they need it to perform work on our behalf or to help us complete a transaction for you. For example, we share information with credit reporting agencies, collection agencies and others to manage receivables. We share certain data with our business partners who deliver important information, services, and customer offers.
As required by law or needed in the course of billing by PCC Wireless reps, we may share information with outside entities, for example, in order to assist with reporting campaigns or in processing when reporting is appropriate. Under federal laws, you have the ability to say "yes" or "no" to our requests you get from us for your usage information, your service location(s), to receive relevant messaging, to bill directly, or if you want to start a new subscription. All or many of these requests relate to CPNI. The term "CPNI" means "Customer Proprietary Network Information" and refers to your telecommunications usage patterns, such as how, when and where you use it. In a mobile environment, it is provided by us or by your phone provider. In this case, your consent is also permission for us to contact you to offer our products and services.
Under the FCC rules, we have the right to use your CPNI to market similar services for 30 days after the date you receive notice of your CPNI status.
